Terms & Conditions
Please note our candles are handmade and will vary in appearance and colour. Please also be aware that there may be some 'frosting' and this is not a fault in the candles. Frosting is a natural effect of using soy wax and does not in any way impact the performance of your candle .
Refunds & Exchanges
We have a 14 day return policy, to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, also unused and in its original packaging.
Candles that are personalised or discounted cannot be returned or exchanged
We only accept exchanges for damaged items so if you would like to exchange your bought item please do not hesitate to contact us by sending an email to Tlightcandlx@outlook.co.uk.
Please ensure that you include your name, order number and photos of your items so this can be reviewed.
Processing
If your refund is agreed you will be refunded back to the original payment card method. Please note that processing time can differ between different building societies.
Lost or stolen parcels
We are not responsible for parcels left outside in extreme weather conditions or stolen after a confirmed delivery status.
Returned parcels
If the parcel is returned back to us due to delivery issues, you will be responsible for any additional postal charges for re- shipping
